Who operates Stylia

Who may register
Our pre-launch registration forms are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Please do not provide sensitive personal information. If we learn that a child submitted information, we will delete it.
What information we collect
Founding 100 applications: first name and email address; optionally Instagram username and a short answer about your interest in fashion. Early Access registrations: first name, email address and consent choices. We also store the type of registration, date and consent version. Cloudflare may process technical information to provide this service.
Why we use information
We use information to assess founding community applications, maintain the Early Access list, reply to requests, and communicate about your application or the launch updates you requested. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection or app access. We send separate promotional messages only if you opt in where applicable.
Legal grounds
Where the GDPR applies, we may rely on processing necessary to respond to your registration request and on your consent for launch news and optional marketing messages. We may also process limited data to meet legal obligations and protect the service. The applicable legal basis may depend on the activity and jurisdiction.
Service providers and international transfers
Our website, registration processing, and registration database use Cloudflare Pages, Pages Functions, and Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare provides data processing terms that address certain privacy and cross-border transfer safeguards. Our D1 database was created using Cloudflare's automatic location selection, not a guaranteed EU-only jurisdiction. Cloudflare may process information in other countries as explained in its applicable terms. We do not sell registration information.
How long we keep it
We aim to keep pre-launch registration records for no more than 12 months unless a shorter period is appropriate, you request deletion, or applicable law requires otherwise. Our system attempts to delete records older than 12 months when it processes a new registration. During periods without registrations, overdue records require an operator review and deletion. Cloudflare's limited-time database recovery history may temporarily retain a deleted record.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your information, object to certain uses, restrict processing or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a relevant privacy authority. Send requests to Stylia.maestro@gmail.com.
Cookies and security
Our registration forms are built into this website. Cloudflare may process technical information and use cookies or similar technologies where necessary for delivery, security, and abuse prevention. Any additional analytics or optional tracking technologies will require appropriate disclosure and consent where applicable. We take reasonable precautions to protect information, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
